Nauvoo

Yesterday we decided to squeeze in another trip to Nauvoo before we move. We made the trip with our friends the Rynearson and Roos families. We all were able to take babsysitting shifts so we could go to the temple. We sure are going to miss going to the Nauvoo temple! Tobey (a wonderful photographer) was so sweet to take our pictures in front of the temple.

We also drove back home through Quincy so we could eat at our favorite authentic Italian restaurant, Tiramisu. Trever and I loved the food, but all Liberty would eat was the butter - and a little bread. I know, disgusting! We finally had to hide the butter! We stopped by McDonald's for ice cream cones on the way home, and Liberty had her first ice cream cone! (I know, real healthy - butter and ice cream.) We tried to eat half of it before she got to it so it wasn't too huge. She loved it, and actually didn't make too big of a mess out of it!

Although we're going to miss the beautiful drives to/from the surrounding areas, including Nauvoo, I'm not going to miss taking 12 hours to go to the temple.

Katie, how cute you all are! I loved Tiramisu! We introduced Carter to Ketchup the other day and that is all he would eat for dinner.. Now if we want ketchup on something we have to secretly get it or he will scream for it. I hope you had a great 4th~! :)

Hey guys, how are you? Hope you had a good 4th. I'm impressed Liberty made it that long without ice cream. I think our girls went from bottles to ice cream to baby food, in that order--and I don't even LIKE ice cream, go figure.

KaTIe! Hi girl! It's good to see some new pictures of you! So you're moving back to AZ now! Yay! How exciting! I think that's just wonderful...you're going to have so much fun being back with the ol' Hall Fam! I love it that I'm only going to be around you for a few months because Jason graduates this December. Ug. Love how things work out just perfectly wrong!
Well, we'll have to catch up in person sometime. Hopefully I won't just dump my baby at your house this time so I can go to urgent care! :)
Love ya!

Wow, I can't believe it's already time for you guys to move back. I remember moving to Kirksville and hating the thought of leaving Mesa, but then when it came time to move back I didn't want to leave. Liberty is so cute and getting so big. Mindi just told me you were expecting again. Congrats!!
