My amazing friend, Melissa, decided to organize a big makeover extravaganza for the spouse association here (SAA). One lucky girl, Krystal, was voted to win the grand prize makeover. Over a few days, she went shopping for some new clothes, got her hair colored and cut, a manicure and pedicure, a facial, make-up done, color-matched, eyebrows shaped, a postural assessment, and a bra fitting. I got to help pick out some clothes for her, which was a ton of fun. Krystal was such a good sport throughout it all! After she got all made-over, we had a big “reveal” night, which I hosted at our house. Krystal’s new look was revealed first. Then, some of the runners-up got a mini-makeover by one of the “specialists” as a demo for the audience. One person got her hair cut, one got a pedicure, etc. Each of the specialists shared some tips for the rest of us as they demonstrated their specialty. Krystal looked beautiful after her makeover, and it was just a fun night overall. It was so fun that we all squeezed into our basement for an up-close-and-personal makeover night.

You forgot to post a "before" pic of the lucky gal! ANd, I must say, you're quite the hostess! it's fun having shindigs at your own house. I also like hosting because i get to control the food that is served. :) agree?
