Saturday was the 29th Annual Osteopathic Fun Run here in Kirksville. Trever ran the 10K, and I ran the 5K with Liberty in the jogging stroller. It was a lot of fun! I had only been running once since I had Liberty before this run, so it was pretty challenging. The best part were the hills! I was the only one in the 5K or 10K that was pushing a stroller, so I felt pretty good about it all. Trever on the other hand, got a Silver medal in his division!!! He's awesome, huh!? I was so proud of him! He has been making an effort to exercise almost every day, and has done great. He is planning on doing a triathlon in July in Illinois, so he has been training hard. I think Liberty slept during the entire race - or at least didn't make a peep! She loved it! Oh, and the weather was perfect!

So cute! It looks like you had a lot of fun!
asesome! good for you guys. i love libbys shades. hey, what jogging stroller do you have, and do you recommend it?
Way to go Katie! Man, Jonah at the age would have never stood for a stroller ride that long. But now he's all over it. :) Congrats on the run Trev!
Hey Ali - The stroller we used was actually borrowed from a friend. I really liked it though. We are looking into getting a "Chariot" which you can switch between jogging and biking. I'm also thinking about getting a double. I'd hate to start all over in a couple years. Have you been doing research?
Go Katie and Trever! How fun! I loved the photos and I loved that you pushed Liberty - you rock! How nice to have good weather too! I'm still waiting for ours - we're getting teased here. Definitely get a double, you'll be glad you did when your next kiddo comes along!
Way to go on the silver medal, T-Dawg! Katie, I'm so proud of you for doin a 5k so soon after libbs...and you pushed a stroller in the race on top of it! I bet all of the other moms were jealous... what an inspiration. I love Libby's "racing" outfit, so festive!
You rock, Katie! Trever is amazing! Liberty looks so cute all decked out with her sunglasses! I would recommend a double jogging stroller too.
Congrats Trevor on your silver medal. Katie that is awesome that you ran too. I need your calico bean recipe. It sounds so good.
Way to go guys. You're awesome! Katie, I want your mom's calico beans recipe too!
Way to Go!! That is so awesome you ran that. I've always wanted to run a 5K but I've always been to scared I wouldn't finish and then look like a looser. You look great!!
Awesome guys. I wish I could just run to the end of the block and back. You guys got it going on. Libby looked too cute. I can't believe she already finished her first marathon. What a gal.
Fun! I love the spring in the midwest. It is perfect for running. Looks like you did great, Libby enjoyed it!
